On and beyond the first school year: our life’s very first school year closing ceremony!
This year, something both began and ended with school. For me, until I passed my final exam, the school environment didn’t seem like such a big change—except that as a mother, I was constantly worried about Ru’s emotional balance, who, on the other hand, was happily thriving and loved school. But once I closed my university chapter and started a new one at the Castle, our daily routine transformed completely. If anything, the time we spent together became even more precious, and we began planning for the summer when school would be over.
Well, here we are now, having said goodbye to the first grade (I can’t help but boast a little—it’s human: with an excellent report card!!) and summer is beginning with a well-deserved rest that everyone really needed.

For years, I was the sole breadwinner as a Krav Maga instructor, balancing the challenges of parenthood and work on my own. When Ruben started kindergarten, I embarked on a new journey by studying healthcare management at Semmelweis University, specializing in health tourism management. After graduating, I began working in my field and experienced firsthand the tragic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic while serving as a healthcare manager in a state hospital. As the pandemic subsided, I transitioned into private healthcare, where I currently work as a practice manager. Meanwhile, our family moved from a small town to Vác, a charming historic Danube riverside city near Budapest. Here, we embrace the everyday moments and joys of life together.
